If you need to postpone or cancel your tour/travel due to any unavoidable reasons, you must inform us in writing. Please note that cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will apply:
Important Note: The cancellation date will be counted from the next business day after we receive the cancellation request via email if it is received after office hours. The tour start date will not be counted.
Cancellation Charges
- 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
- 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost (excluding Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari costs).
- 07 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost (excluding Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari costs).
- 02 to 06 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost (excluding Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari costs).
- Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund.
Additional Information
- Booking Confirmation: Customers must wait a minimum of 24 hours for booking confirmation and vouchers. Booking vouchers will be sent via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or hard copy.
- Non-Refundable Items: Jeep, Canter, and Elephant Safari amounts are non-refundable.
- Accommodation for Three Persons: For bookings of three persons, one room with one extra mattress will be provided.
- Changes in Charges: Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, or safari charges will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date.
- Day Visit Bookings: Any booking for a day visit to CTR during the rainy season (1st June to 14th November) is provisional and can be cancelled at short notice depending on weather conditions to ensure visitor safety. All such bookings during this period are made at the visitor's risk, and no refund can be claimed if cancelled due to bad weather conditions.
- Forest Lodge Bookings: Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, and Dhela Lodge bookings are non-refundable.
- Safari Booking Issues: In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical errors or non-availability of seats, the full amount will be refunded to your given bank account within 14 Days. This will be communicated accordingly.
- Peak Season Cancellations: Separate cancellation policies apply for peak seasons, weekends, and special occasions (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year). These will be advised as necessary.
- Liabilities and Limitations: After finalizing the tour/service cost, any hikes in permit fees for safaris, museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges decided by the Government of India will be charged as extra.
- Force Majeure: Events such as strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, or closure/restriction of entry at places of visit may require alternate arrangements. We will not be held liable for any refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations.
- Jurisdiction: In case of disputes, jurisdiction will be subject to the exclusive courts in New Delhi.
